Nestled in the heart of Historic Old Mandeville is this International Tea House. With over 120 teas to choose from, you can truly have an international journey of tea at Vianne’s. These gourmet teas are served European style, by the pot, large or small. The teas can also be served iced if you prefer.
International Café Cuisine Executive Chef Michael Blache prepares great accompaniments to the over 120 teas available on the menu. These include tidbits, such as Scones, salads, sandwiches, as well as daily specials. Don’t miss the Scones, “It was all amazing, especially the scones”, per Alice in her Google.com review of Vianne’s. Flaky and delicious they make a great accompaniment to the gourmet teas.
Vianne’s offers specialty teas, such as Vianne’s tea, commonly known as a High Tea, as well as a Royal Tea and a Court Tea. These are all full meal teas with treats or meals prepared by Chef Blache and served with a large pot of tea of your choice. Advanced reservations (24 hours) are required for these specialty tea experiences. Check out Vianne’s website for more information on these teas.
Vianne’s is located at 544 Girod St, Mandeville, LA 70448. They are open Tuesday 10a-2p, Wed – Fri 10a-4p, Sat – Sun 9a-5p, closed Monday.
Note: Vianne’s will be on vacation April 12th, reopening on the 13th.

Teamap.com – …I have been to Vianne’s many times and love it every time I go. You just can’t help smiling as you walk up to the front door. There is a collection of hats just inside the door … should the urge to wear one hits you.
The atmosphere today was calming. We sat by a window in the Oriental Tea Room and watched the butterflies dancing through the greenery as we sipped our tea…. – Honey, 10/07/10
